You can see where the Secret Handshake Pin was attached at the top of the original red ribbon on the reverse side of the original ribbon -

red ribbon included (with a pair of waving flags below the pin). Nice vintage condition. As is. As found. No fraying of the black ribbon. Gold fringe in nice shape.
