    Description

Antique Reading PA Cast Iron Apple Peeler 76 Pat. 1872 Working Gears. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
For sale is an antique cast iron apple peeler manufactured in Reading, PA.  Patent March 6, 1872.  Embossed number 76.  Appears to be intact and original.  Please examine photographs.  Additional angles are available just message me what you want to see!  This was purchased at an Vermont estate sale several years ago.
When I turn the handle everything moves--the blade is rotated around the post where the apple is held.  Attached to my own kitchen table for reference--although no apples were sacrificed to test actual usability.  Push off appears to be intact.  Original screw for tightening to table.  Blossom cutter intact.
Send me questions or requests for photos!
Wooden knob handle; all over aged patina; a bit of rust here and there.
Buyer pays shipping/handling.  Shipping by US Post.  US Bidders only, please.
