Undated, late 1800s -early 1900s Whitehead & Hoag Co. , patent applied for, pin ribbon with metal spiral fringe, celluloid badge, with reverse death/memorial black side.

Red fabric ribbon is intact with some wear and aging as shown.  metallic metal fring.   gold colored metal bar and pin at top with celluloid.   Nice heavy metal badge.   Reverse is black fabric with wear as shown
